Asian Journal of University Education
Asian Journal of University Education (AJUE) is an open on-line international refereed scholarly journal. Currently the journal is listed in Scopus, ERIC, Malaysian Citation Index (MyCite), Malaysian Journal Management System (MyJMS), DOAJ, Google Scholar, UDL Edge, EuroPub, ACI, DRJI, OCLC WorldCat, and Asian Digital Library.
Asian Journal of University Education is devoted to publishing four times in a year- January, April, July and October. It is published by the Asian Centre for Research on University Learning and Teaching (ACRULeT), Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA Selangor.
It is free open access journal which means that its content is available for free, without any payment from the user or his/her institution. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the DOAJ definition of open access.
Focus to Scope
The objective of Asian Journal of University Education is to provide a forum for the publication of research and discussion on all aspects of university education such as internationalization of higher education, teaching methodology, learning styles, assessment, curriculum development, educational leadership, educational management and administration, leadership, gender issues and quality assurance in higher education. Articles related to school education that have implications for higher education are also welcomed. The journal hopes to receive manuscripts that use a variety of methods including quantitative (e.g. experimental and descriptive correlation) and qualitative (e.g. case studies, ethnographic and narrative). Theoretical/ conceptual ones will also be considered.
The journal has a policy of double-blind review. Authors must submit a Turnitin report (first page suffices, see https://www.turnitin.com) which shows a similarity index of 30% or less to be accepted for publication.
AJUE Journal’s Licensing Statement
AJUE does not allow any commercial usage of articles published in this journal. The published articles in AJUE are mainly to be shared for teaching, learning, research and publication in the academia. Hence, readers are not allowed to distribute, lift or transform the materials from this journal in any way.
